I mean, I’m usually pretty good at figuring out what non-native English speakers mean when they write gibberish like this.
But I have to say I’m pretty stumped as to what the line of thinking was that led someone to misguidedly call fire-alarm testing a “primordial activity.”
In the beginning, God created… the need for preventative maintenance?
